Cancellation & Weather Policy
Important information regarding your booking, trip protection, and how we handle Florida weather.
At Cocoa Beach Catamaran, our goal is to get guests out on the water for a safe, fun, and memorable sailing experience. Because we operate small-capacity trips with limited seats, cancellations close to departure significantly impact our ability to rebook those spots.
Standard Cancellation Policy
All trips are fully refundable until 5 days / 120 hours prior to departure.
Within 5 days of departure, trips are non-refundable unless Trip Protection was purchased at checkout.
Trip Protection
Trip Protection is available for 10% of the purchase price.
Trip Protection allows guests to cancel or reschedule up until the day before the trip.
The Trip Protection fee itself is non-refundable.
Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations, changes, or reschedule requests are not refundable at any point.
This includes cancellations due to cloudy skies, imperfect weather, travel delays, schedule changes, or a guest deciding they no longer want to attend.
Florida Weather Policy
Florida weather can change very quickly, especially during the summer. Afternoon storms often build, move, or disappear close to departure time.
Because of this, we usually make the final go/no-go decision very close to the scheduled departure time.
Please understand this if you are driving from an hour or more away. We do not cancel trips hours in advance simply because the forecast looks uncertain. Our goal is to get you out for a great catamaran experience whenever conditions safely allow.
If Cocoa Beach Catamaran cancels a trip due to unsafe weather or operational reasons, guests will be eligible to reschedule or receive a refund.
Guest Responsibility
By booking, guests acknowledge that they understand and agree to Cocoa Beach Catamaran’s cancellation and weather policies.
